Delivered to your door
Your order will be dispatch as soon as possible – usually on the same day unless the item is in our warehouse, has to be ordered in or back ordered. If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday it might take an extra day or two to arrive as we process these orders on the next business day.
To ensure safe delivery, we use the Courier Post, Fast Ways or New Zealand Couriers Track and Trace service. Please give us an address where someone will be home to sign for the delivery between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We can’t deliver to a post box, private bag, hotel, motel or hostel. If no one is home to sign for the delivery, the courier company will leave a card with details on how to organise redelivery.
Please ensure the minimum details are submitted as below:
- Full name
- Care of (C/O) name if need be
- Full address
- Suburb & City
- Rural or non rural
- Contact number
If the courier does not hear from you before the weekend, they will attempt redelivery of the order. If the second delivery attempt has failed, the courier company will hold the order until the following Friday and then return the items back to us if no contact has been made by you.

Problems with delivery
My order hasn’t arrived
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days then feel free to give us a call us on 09 486 2873 between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please keep in mind rural deliveries and south island deliveries do take longer.

4. Delivery & Title
4.1 We will endeavour to despatch your order within 3 business days once we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received all amounts payable for your order. If we are unable to despatch your order within this time frame we will endeavour to contact you and advise you of the expected despatch date.
4.2 Delivery costs will be added to the total order cost unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Deliveries are made by courier throughout New Zealand on a business day to business day basis. Although we will endeavour to meet delivery timeframes where possible, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, delay or other damage caused by any delay in delivery. We do not deliver to PO Box or Private Bag addresses.
4.4 Title to, and responsibility for, each Product you order from Hyosung Motorcycles passes to you when the Product is delivered to you.
4.5 Where you believe that incorrect Products have been delivered, you must contact us with any such claim within 7 days of delivery and you must provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim.
